LOCATION
My successful 9-5 retreats are held at the beautiful Yoga Lounge in Virginia Water. The Yoga Lounge has fantastic outdoor space for relaxing as well as indoor toilet and changing facilties. The studio itself has room and equipment for up to 16 people.

WHAT CLASSES ARE INCLUDED?
The classes during the retreats vary as I like to mix them up and stay on topic with the latest trends. For the previous retreats we have run classes such as; Bootcamp, HIIT, Yoga, Boxercise, Resistance bands and Pilates. We have also had wellness activites such as a nutrition talks from a specalist as well as Soundbath Yoga!
THE FOOD!

All of the delicious food throughout the day is provided from the incredible SKG Flavas! I have worked with Gemma since my first retreat where we got amazing reviews from her Kajun spiced chicken with quinoa salad and spiced falafal for our vegetarian/vegan guests on the day.
As well as lunch, you'll also be provided with snacks and refreshments throughout the day. Our snacks on previous retreats include; banana bread, protein balls, greek yoghurt with granola and a gorgeous fruit salad! All lunches and snacks are individually wrapped and given out to every participant.
Refreshments include, fresh juices, water, varied types of coffee and teas.
All guests will be catered for by myself and Gemma from SKG Flavas.
